  1. My brother was telling me that his boss keeps rubbing on him and inviting him over. His problem with it was....she's ugly.

He says that she does it in front of others and he doesn't want anyone thinking he is really with her.

I told him to report her...but he is flattered and doesn't want to get her in trouble. I thinking he is poking her. He says he's not. But he is a man.

  2. Tell the person harassing you to quite, or report the harassing person to someone of authority.

  3. Before he goes to sleep at night he should thank the Lord in Heaven that he is still attractive enough to be sexually harassed, and remind himself that one day he won't be.

Beauty a flower, fame a breath.

  4. Try not to get a b0ner

  5. speak to the person directly about it. if you're not comfortable doing that, then report them.

  6. Sexual harrassment policy is the same for men and woman.  Follow your companies policies.  I would recommend notifying your superior about the harrassment.  I would not address the situation directly with the person involved.  I was in management for several years and this sometimes caused issues.  Speak with the HR (or whoever the person your company designates) about the situation.  The HR will set up a meeting with the other person to address the issue.  Depending on how bad the situation is determines what the HR will do...it could be a simple misunderstanding and the other person has no idea how they made you feel.

  7. Do what women do when they are sexually harassed. Report it and have something done about it.

  8. Walk away from the situation. And not be in that situation in the first place. I believe you are in control of where you want to be.

  9. Give them a panda punch in the puss.

  10. jump on it

  11. he should scream and use pepper spray if he can.

  12. Tell the person it's unwelcome.  Then if they don't stop, take it to HR.

  13. Follow these steps exactly, only move on to the next if the step has failed to produce results:

    1) Tell the person to stop it

    2) Tell the authorities above the person to stop the harassment (bosses, police etc)

    3) Know out a few of The peron's teeth

  14. if she is hot go for it! If she is way below your standards you need to take this up with HR and ensure that you get to jump on the victim bandwagon.
