What is an appropriate wedding gift?

I am going to my uncles wedding in 2 weeks. The woman he is marrying has been with him for about 15 years and I consider her my aunt already. They did not register because they said they don't need anything and if people want to bring gifts then they can. I was thinking about money but not sure how much or if that is tacky.

  1. a huge donation to a charity like helping starving children, in their name.

  2. the name of a good divorce Lawyer =D

  3. I am getting married in a month and i prefer money or a gift certificate.

  4. Maybe, you might purchase one of those on-time use video cameras at CVS Pharmacy. On the wedding day, you might want to capture some very special moments for them and return the camera back to CVS Photo Lab and have them download it on a CD. After that, give that CD to your uncle and his bride as a gift.

  5. Hi

Money is fine, how much depends on how close you are with you aunty and your financial capability

  6. Money is ok. You could always get them a GC to a Romantic Bed and Breakfast somewhere. Or for Massages, or some pampering type experience. Of coarse that depends on how much you want to spend = )

  7. Maybe a very nice photo album for them to put their wedding pictures.
