What is an attractive/acceptable weight for me (a guy)?

I think I'm skinny, almost too much so.

I don't want girls to think I'm like emaciated looking.

I have smaller arms and chest, but great abs and butt from running (which you obviously can't see with a shirt or pants on so I appear skinny because of the arms being smaller) and cute face so idk, haha.

I currently weigh 145 and I'm 5'10.5", dark blond hair, blue eyes and freckles right on my nose lol, aged 19yrs. (not advertising myself, just giving enough info for a mental picture)

  1. sounds like you need to gain about 30-50 pounds but being naturally skinny is fine. look at the step up 2 streets guy, girls like him and hes stick skinny!!

  4. You definitely need to gain weight, yes. 145lbs is the recommended weight for a 5'6" GIRL. You should experiment, gain about 10-15lbs. If you feel too chunky, work down until you find a perfect look. Try muscle workouts for your arms to start with, if thats your problem. That could be your problem, if you're happy with your other assets :]
