I'm assuming your are talking about an "Email Auto Responder".  In this case you will have to set it up your self. Everytime a prospective client is emailing you a message will send out with your "Auto Response". This will be a sales message with either pointing to an Affiliate website or to your online store. Most email programs let you set up an Auto Responder however be advised it will respond to all incoming emails for this particular account unless you set up some sort of filtering.
