What is an average menu for one day in Colombia?

Please be specific... i know that not everyone eats the same thing, im talking about widely eaten things...

My thoughts-

Desayuno/Breakfast - huevos perico, pan y jugo de mora

scrambled eggs with diced onion and tomatoes, toast, and blackberry juice

Almuerzo/Lunch - banda paisa y coca cola

typical colombian dish with beans, rice, hamburger meet, arepa, fried ripe banana, slice of avacado, slice of pork rind with meat, and a coke....then comes siesta time ;- )

Cena/Supper - lomo de res, papa pure, ensalada, y cervecita

loin beef steak, mashed potatoes, salad and a beer

Postres opcional - optional pastry

flan

pudding

mmmmmm.....time to go eat!

OK I wouldn't say ths is a average menu for one day but here are some common dishes.

Breakfast: Changua (bolied milk, water, scallions, salt, and an egg) Arepa (kind of like a corn  bread pancake) Patacones (twice fried plantains)

Lunch: Ajiaco (3 potato and chicken soup) with a side ofwhite rice

Dinner: Carne Sudada con Yuca, Arroz y frijoles (roast beef with cassava and rice and beans)

Dessert:Brevas con arequipe ( figs in syrup with a colombian type sugary fudge)
