What is an easier way to get rid of the RRoD?

other then the getting a box sending it back, and getting back the 360.

Buying it from Gamestop, buying a replacement warranty, taking it in if it breaks and replacing it the same day.

Everything else is just moronic.

First thing to try is pull the power out of the wall and let it sit 10m.

Then reseat the hard drive, power cables, any attachments and plug it back and see if it works.

If that doesn't work, you're SOL and it's time to play the replacement game.

The only way to replace it without voiding your warranty or sending it to Microsoft is to buy a new one, but I don't think you want to do that.
