What is an easy Macedonian dish to make?

I want to cook a dinner/dish for my boyfriend who is Macedonian but I have no idea what a "traditional" dinner might be, any recipes?

Balkan cuisine is more or less the same amongst countries in the peninsula.

I suggest you should prepare any Greek or Turkish dish and "present" it as a traditional one. It works.
