  1. Just make the meals you usually prepare. Tell them that they don't have to eat if they aren't hungry, but you're not fixing anything else for them.

Pretty easy, isn't it? You're the parent, you get to decide how they eat.

  2. Eat whats on the table or don't eat at all!

  3. You said that they're picky. You didn't tell us what they're picky of. What do they like? What do they hate? But in my house, if you don't like what I made, don't eat it. You'll get Cheereos in the morning. Growing up, if I didn't like something my parents made, I stayed at the table till it was gone. Even if it took hours. Letting your kids be picky with their food is not only unhealthy, but it also teaches them to be rude. As they get older, they'll go to someone's house for dinner, a dinner someone made as a nice gesture, and not eat their food. It's insulting. I've had that happen to me before. I'll invite a colleague over for dinner, ask them ahead of time if they have any allergies or dislikes. They say no. I make something with tomatoes in it and they don't eat. It's so rude! I feel like I spent my time and money doing something nice for someone and they just insulted it. Make your kids eat whatever you cooked.

  4. Biscuit pizzas

    1 can large refigerated biscuits

    1 jar pizza sauce

    mozzerella cheese

Take 2 biscuits and roll out into small crust. Top with sauce and cheese. Bake on cookie sheet  at 350 for about 10 mins until cheese is melted.

  5. 3 cheese pasta

    rotoni

    bag of frozen veggies

shredded mozz, cheddar and parmesan cheese

    meat sauce or marinara sauce

Cook rotoni with veggies. add sauce ad let them sprinkle how ever much cheese on top

    My kids love cheesey dishes.

  6. make chicken b*****s and have spaghetti on the side. this way if they dont want the chicken they have jsut the spaghetti. also make hot veggies on the side and mashed potaotes.

zitti. all it is, is cooked pene noodles sauces and lots of cheese on top. then cook it together in the oven. and make garlic bread or if your kids dnt like garlic, just melt butter and cheese.

hamburgers and hotdogs. also have beans on the side.

make sure you introduce new foods once a week so that they can learn to like new foods. i used to hate raisins but i ate them every day for about two weeks and now i love them. you can train your taste buds to like food.

    good luck

  7. My child is picky too.  This is their problem (not ours)  make your dinner as usual.  Let them make their own dinner because they are picky.  Tell them that you are no longer going to support (or enable) their pickiness.

Start buying whole grains and fruits and veggies.  Tell them that if they want junk, they can get a job and buy it themselves.  Stick to your guns.  You will begin seeing diet changes within a couple of weeks.

  8. 11 and 15 year olds should be eating just about anything. Have them make a list of the things they like and make meals according to whatever is on the list. In my household it was take it or leave it.

  9. try like a chicken and rice casserole... or the tatertot casserole from that show with those people with 17 kids or whatever
