What is an easy-to-make panamanian dish?

It doesn't have to be a meal, it can just be a snack or something else. It has to be eaten in Panama. No deep-fried dishes. If possible put the spanish name, include a description, and give me the recipe.

There is perhaps no dish more representative of Panama than the sancocho, a chicken stew made with a starchy root called ñamé and seasoned with a cilantro-like herb called culantro.
