What is an easy way for a teen to make money through paypal for free?

I need something where I don't have to wait to qualify for a survey or for a survey to become available. It has to be something formulated for teens, and it has to be free. MCL to all that help me out here. It doesn't even have to be surveys, ANYTHING that would get me paid easily through paypal.

First off, if you're not at least 18 years old you may not have a PayPal account.  If you are underage and do have a PayPal account with funds, PayPal can legally hold those funds for 180 days or until you turn 18.  

One site that I found that was pretty neat and always had work available, was a site call www.mturk.com.  Basically you are doing tasks that automated systems cannot do, like write blogs, transcribe speeches, and identify photos.
