  1. flash cards, sing them in a song or beat, neumonic devices

  2. Flash cards help. also typing the quote over and over again. First you try to do it w/o looking but looking when you need to and then like you'll learn it... works for me!

  3. When i have to memorize quotes or poems, i always put them to a song or tune. it may take a little bit to find the right song to fit something to, but once you do i guarantee it will stick. for example, i memorized Robert Frost's poem "the road less traveled" in two days by fitting it to a tune from the legend of Zelda game =P

  4. read, write and close the book.Try to visualise the text and speak aloud. It will be easy.

  5. memorise keywords..

i remembered RE words, because I changed them

E.g., Barzakh the place of waiting (Islam) I just remembered it as Ballsack

and in ICT, absolute reference, ($) I remember it as absol ref (pokemon=absol), and then it helps

  6. rewrite them over and over again..

and then say them out loud to someone who is looking at the text...that way they can correct you if you say something wrong

  7. Skip the test:)

  8. Copy them as many times as possible.

  9. *reading them over and over and over again wherever you go eg. toilet, on your bed.

*recording the quotes in your mp3 and listening to them (while reading or saying them out)
