What is an elegant but fun resturaunt or hangout for a 16 year old party dinner?

In my areas there is a club called Dave & Busters which you can rent a room that looks like your own private night club.  They will cater different kinds of food, and you can bring your own music/DJ/band.  The club also has tons of video games to play to win tickets and turn them in for prizes.  Lots of fun.

Bowling alley, arcade, Mellow Mushroom. I don't know if all Mellow Mushrooms do this, but I used to go to one that had karaoke on certain days of the week.
