You could see the stars! And the Milky Way. Most people who aren't interested enough in astronomy to make special trips to the country to view the sky have never even seen the Milky Way and have no idea how glorious the sky looks when there are 2,000 or more stars visible instead of the 100 that you can usually see in a city full of street lights.
