Probably you mean  Die Freikörperkultur (FKK)also understood as Nacktkultur (nude culture), Naturismus, Nudismus. There are people that like to be nacked the whooole time, everywhere, well almost.

FKK is a nudist beach, area or indoor swimming pool. There are about a dozen in Munich and another 4 outside the city.
