An Indigo child is one who displays a new and unusual set of psychological attributes and shows a pattern of behavior generally undocumented before. 9.  They will not respond to "guilt" discipline - (Wait till you father gets home and finds out  what you did").

Well, it is easy to label people as indigos and whatnot, but that is not totally accurate. You can't really measure whether a person is an indigo or not as though it were like "Oh yes, that is clearly a square." It is just a way to classify people.

Not that it isn't useful. An indigo child or indigo is what you call a person who is more open-minded, more in-tune with the part of reality that you cannot see and hear, and generally thinks in higher ways.

It has also been said that indigos are here because the human race is moving in a different direction -- a more spiritual one, and that the indigos are the forerunners of a new kind of humans. Not that they will be genetically different, just a bit more aware.

Crystal children, on the other hand, are completely different. They have a different purpose to serve than indigos, if you believe the theory, but I don't know much about them.

He has all the signs. Not making him special or different from the thousands of children being born with these traits.I suggest you look it up on the web . There are several places to read up on indigo children on there. also go to your the local library, and look and see if they have any books on this subject.. most do.

The "Indigo Child" thing is ridiculous nonsense. It started as an attempt by New-Agey parents to relabel antisocial behavior in their children as some kind of "special" spiritual endowment. Now it's just an excuse to legitimize arrogant, selfish behavior in children, which is a very bad thing to do when raising a child. And there are no supernatural abilities or superpowers involved whatsoever. That's all wishful thinking without any basis in fact, again to legitimize the movement.

The Crystal Children thing is just the latest knock-off from the same old idea. It's the same c**p in a slightly different package.

Normally, supernatural woo-woo is good for a laugh, but in this case it carries big negative consequences for the mental well-being of the children being raised to belief such fluff.
