What is an offline race in Nr2003?

I know what an online race is, but what is an offline race, is it the same thing?

It's a race not on-line. Just one you're playing at home by yourself.

Well as you know online race means you against other human controlled opponents. So, in that regard, offline means you against AI controlled opponents (you alone).

online -its a race online and there are differnt rules that apply like yu cant ause the game unless ur at a complete stop or you can chat whle driving  

Online- A race in wich  you can play as sucha normal video game you can pause whenever you want and arnt facing any real people
