  1. i fixed it myself manually and didn't mail it back to microsoft

its easy and you can do it yourself look at that website ( step by step repair guide that solves the most xbox 360 common problems permanently)

    http://xboxfix.ingame.org

  2. this might help...ok ure gonna need 2 thick towels then wrap it up to ure xbox 360 then leave ure xbox 360 on for like 20 min. then turn it off and restart it =]

  3. if its not under warranty take it apart take the heat sing off the GPU clean it well and clean the thermal paste off and put it back if you can try to replace the heat sink and add a fan on the side of the 360

And if its still under warranty just call 1-800 4myxbox and and tey'll fix it for you

  4. if u see it, u are screwed lol

  5. it is a warning to severe glitch on the xbox 360 send it in to Microsoft whatever location they give on their site

  6. You're going to have to call Microsoft Tech Support, and you may be out of your xbox for a month so they can send you a new one, but the hardware is fried, so just call tech support and you'll have to mail it back, and in 3-5 weeks they'll send you a new one and it'll be good as new.

EDIT: I think there is a 2 or 3 year extended warrenty for this problem, not sure though, so it should be covered by warrenty.

  7. sell it and get a new one www.sellyourxbox360.com is your best bet....

  8. Hey whats up, funny thing actually I just got the ring this morning. It is a scary sign that tells u that your Xbox is busted or busting. Mostly happens from overheating. But when u get it before calling Microsoft or selling and paying for a new one. Try  this. Just unplug all the cable that are a part of the Xbox (including Ethernet cable) then blow them out make sure there is no dust in them and plug them back in. then it may start running normal. That's what worked for me. If that does work then your screwed.
