What is and where can I buy konnyaky ?

I'm not sure if that's the exact spelling, but I heard that it helps you lose weight. I looked for it in Wal-Mart, but I had nooo idea what it was and I didn't want to sound like an idiot trying to pronounced for a worker.

I can think of only one word that sounds similar -- "konyak". That's a type of luquor. There's also a remotely similar word "hoodia"--that really is advertized as a weight-loss supplement.
