  1. y=arcsec(x)

    sec(y)=x


  2. Suppose @ be any angle in [0, pi] and let sec@ = x.

    Then,

             cos@ = 1/x

    =>     arccos(1/x) = @

    But @ is also equal to arcsecx.

    Therefore, arcsecx = arccos(1/x).

    This is another form of arcsecx.

  3. It is arccos(1/x) Obviouslty x is not zero.

  4. sec(x) = 1/cos(x)

    sec^-1(x)=cos(x)
