There isn't another name for the setter.

The setter is just the setter.

But there is a secondary setter.

The setter is usually the leader/captian of a team, but not always.

there isnt another name but you can have a back row setter. why do you want another name for everything?

the setter... thats all... i guess you could say the setter right front but that isnt really the position that is the position they stand on the court. but whatever maybe thats what you were looking for

The setter doesn't have another name.  I can tell you that he is like the quarterback for volleyball.  The setter can play front row or back row.  When the setter is in the front row he/she can hit the ball.  The setter can sometimes fake the set and dump the ball for a kill.  I play college volleyball so this answer is 100% right.  Hope this helped.
