This sauce is almost a light pink whitish color it varies depending on the restaurant and you usually have two small dipping dishes in front of you one for soy sauce and one for shrimp sauce. I just recently moved from Florida to California and apparently NOBODY has this sauce or knows what I am talking about. This sauce is all over the East Coast how can there not be any on the west coast? There has to be another name for it out here. Please help I don't even want to eat sushi anymore without it
