These sort of puzzles are officially called "Rebus" puzzles.

Rebus is a latin term which basically means "some things" as in a puzzle made of lots of little things. Anyways a quick google search for Rebus style puzzles at least 20 sites on the first 3 pages that have this style of puzzle somewhere. As the URLs for these puzzles change regularly you're best off just googling Rebus Puzzle.
