You get what you pay for when it comes to goggles.   If its an issue get the best ventilated goggles you can find.   Get the kind with the fan if you need to.

One of the best things i found on the cheap for anti fog on visor, was fairy liquid, but don't over do it because it will cause a rainbow effect, i take no responsibility whatsoever if you try it.

What i use now  is a film that go's on the inside of visor, that act's like double glazing, this is worth putting money to one side to buy, I've used them for my last four lids.

Another thing on the market is a mask that Velcro's on the inside of lid and works by when you breath out it deflects your breath downwards, I've tryed the mask before and it works.
