  1. Except for having opposite charges on the particles, it's exactly the same as ordinary matter.

  2. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antimatter

  3. Antimatter is, simply, ANTI-matter; against the matter. You know how the universe is made out of opposites (light, dark; pretty, ugly; tall, short; bad, good; etc.)? Anti-matter is the opposite of matter. If antimatter is put together with matter (if antimatter reacts with matter) it will result in some kind of annihilation that destroys matter completely (kind of breaking the law of conservation of matter saying matter is never created or destroyed). Say, you got a box of antimatter showhow contained in a no-matter-but-only-antimatter condition. You open that box and let it out, it'll result in destroying matter around it to a degree (most likely you will completely disappear and the box and everything around it for a certain diameter, without any trace or evidence for the FBI to mess around with. Means you die!)

The dictionary version of antimatter: matter composed only of antiparticles, esp. antiprotons, antineutrons, and positrons.

  4. I don't know at what level u wish to understand. But here is the link to understand it at all levels.

  5. anti matter is the exact opposite of matter for instance take a steel plate and seal a star shape on it .take out the star plate into your hand .there is an exact shape of star formed on the initial plate also so that is antimatter .for a electron it is a positron and for a proton it is anti proton which together forms anti hydrogen
