In my mobile phone's camera, there are 'Effects' settings. And there are four settings which one can use. These four settings are: Normal, Greyscale, Sepia and Negative.

So what is correct method of using these settings so that best photo/video quality is obtained? I use Nokia 6233 which has a 2megapixel camera. I have 1GB memory card inserted in my mobile phone for shooting/recording.

Please help.

  1. They all give u the same "quality" of image, those settings allow you to see the image differently only.

    - Greyscale is like Black & White photo, give u kind of old classic look.

    - Negative is inverse the color, like u look at the negative film.

    - Sepia is like black and white photo but toned with a brownish look, like those old photos from your grandparents.

However, I would suggest u take the photos in NORMAL mode, and save it as is.  Cause u can always reproduce those 3 effects from photo editing software (like PhotoShop).  However, u can't do it reversely, once u decolorize it, u can't recolorize.
