  1. "Hi cap" is an abbreviation for 'high capacity.'  When used to describe a gun or its magazine it is referring to the ammunition capacity, usually means more than ten rounds.

    H

  2. It is an anti inspire misnomer like assault weapon

It is used as a term to rationalize banning magazines with more than a ten round capacity

Every one say Thank You Mr Ruger

  3. Hi Cap is A Magazine that holds more then standard capacity.

For Example , in an AR-15 a 30 Round Mag is Standard capacity. A 100 round Bet-C mag would be an example of a Hi-Cap, HOWEVER Liberal Douchenozzles Like to describe any mag that holds more the 10 rounds as High Capacity. this is wrong. In REALITY a 10 round Mag in a gun designed to hold 18 or 30 rounds is LOW capacity.

  4. The term high capacity magazine is a term used to describe magazines that exceed a certain "normal" capacity, whose definition is dependent upon context. In many jurisdictions, magazine capacity of certain firearms is legally restricted, such as under the United States' Federal Assault Weapons Ban, which defined a magazine capable of holding more than ten rounds of ammunition as a high capacity ammunition feeding device. Currently, in the United States, six states limit magazine capacities.

  5. Hi-cap means high capacity, which usually means the magazine can hold more than 10 rounds. These hi-cap magazines are not legal in some states like California, unless owned before a certain time.
