What is/are the best online MMORPG games(like runescape)?

I really like playing on WoW private servers. With all the custom instances, npcs and other things it is much better than retail imo. FThere is also Star wars Galaxies EMU which is a open project to play the game for free as well as making the game look ike it just came out. They have come a long way.
