What is are the problems in Uganda?

what is going on in Uganda? whats wronge there?

The same as what is going on in most of Black Africa but somewhat more intensified than most. Corruption, lack of education, poverty, dictatorships or governments which are so monolithic as to be virtual dictatorships. The list goes on and on.
