What is article VIII,Section 5 of the CODE OF ETHICS FOR PROFESSIONAL TEACHERS...can you explain it?

It looks that the code of Ethics in principle may be the same in contents but it varies in its numbering and practical details from place to place. In USA it is one, in Newzealand it is another and UK third; even subject wise also there is variation.
