  1. depends where you are..what state, hows the weather over there.

i live in southern california, and its great around that time.

  2. Your location would be really helpful on this.

I'm in Pennsylvania and the weather can be iffy that time of year.  It could be getting cold or it could be "indian summer" and still be mild and in the 70s.

  3. You didn't tell us what area of the United States you live in.  I live in the Great Smoky Mountains of northeast TN, and if you wait here until Oct. 25 for an outdoor wedding, you just might get snow on your bridal veil, depending on the elevation.

If you live in FL or HI the weather may be absolutely perfect.

  4. Go to www.weather.com.  They actually have a wedding planning section on there that will be specific to your location.  It will give the average temperature and whether or not it usually rains.

  5. Late September would be better. Its still warm enough. Even though October can sometimes still be warm, you are taking a serious chance some late Octobers could be cold and others still hot, very unpredictible. At least late Sept. there is no way it will be that cold, possible just right! I think the park with thge tress and beautiful colors is perfect! -good luck!
