What is average tuition for private preschool 2x a week in L.A./ Southern Cal?

I live in Southern Cal (L.A.) and would like to enroll my son in a private Christian preschool in the fall. The rate is $160 a month for 2x a week (9-11:45am). Is this normal? I do not know what other parents are paying in the area.

I live in a very small town and charge $70 a month for two half days!!  I could never get away with that much a month.

That's inexpensive. If they have room for your child, enroll your child.

In Orange County, the rate is about double that.

I live in the Inland Empire and am trying to find a private/christian preschool for my 3 yr. old.  However I am looking for full day, 5 days a week.  The best price for a quality place was $500 a month.  My cousin is paying the same up in Lancaster and here son's school includes meals too.  It's usually better to let them go more than 1/2 day & twice a week so they can really get the true experience.  Best of luck!  I know it's hard.  Let me know if you know of any out my way too please!
