What is b2evolution?

Can B2evolution host other blogs like or closer to blogger.com or wordpress.com . ie I want to create a blogzone where people can create their own blogs....

i tried WordpresMu it bores me(many difficulties);

2evolution has everything you could want from a blog script. It's highly customizable, easy to understand, and has an elegant layout that is user-friendly. The only thing that I could ask for from b2evolution is more security features and post options, but, I like lots of switches, buttons, and k***s.
