  1. Well, the person above answered exactly what you asked. I'm also a coach and i would say that what helps most is listening well. your coach doesn't just say whatever without a reason. if they say  "keep your legs together" do it as best you can. take all advice to heart. also, do everything your supposed to. say your coach says 20 sit ups. DO 20 SIT UPS not 18 or 19- 20. even do it at home again. conditioning is important

  2. Depends what you consider hard, I suppose. The back tuck is a flip in the air backwards, while your legs are folded and tucked to your chest:

The back walkover is bending back into a bridge, then kicking your legs over just as your hands hit the ground:

Good luck at gymnastics, it's a fabulous sport!

  3. the arent that hard....enroll in a tumbling class and youll catch it in no time

  4. walk overs are suuuuper easy like beginer stuff mann....back tucks on the other hand are advanced yes they are hard if you cannot do one. i have been tumbling and cheering for 4 years and just got my back tuck so if you are starting in september dont be expecting a tuck any time soon....
