What is basic makeup for me?

Question

i'm going into freshman year. last year i started with the whole just eye make up phase and i was wondering what other make up do I need? can you please also list brands of makeup you reccomend like foundations, concealers, blushes, moisturizers, ect.? down below, is a picture from last year, but i look pretty much the same.

Hello. I think your a very pretty girl. Basic make up for you well you could make your eyes pop. Try wearing some Liquid eye liner on the top and bottom lid and curl your eye lashes as well as use some Black mascara. you dont need much! you could also wear some clear lip gloss. But putting eye liner on takes much practice. also get waterproof!. most girls in high school just wear eye make up you knw! been there done that :D

Make sure to wash your face and moisturize before applying makeup.

Moisturizers:

Extremely important, a really good one that i really like is eucerin's sensitive skin everyday protection face lotion. I like it bc it's really moisturizing and has spf 30.

Foundation:

Well, you don't really need foundation, you could just do a tinted moisturizer, Covergirl CG Smoothers is a good one.

Concealer:

Maybelline Mineral Power is a good brand of concealer.

Translucent powder:

This is important bc it sets your foundation/tinted moisturizer. Pretty much any brand, Covergirl, NYC, Loreal Bare Naturale, Rimmel... pretty much everyone has something. Make sure it says translucent.

Eyes:

You have pretty brown eyes and brown hair so purple would be good. Maybelline Shadow Stylist in rich violet is an easy to apply and pretty purple. Also maybe get a white or light colored shadow to apply under your eyebrow as a highlight. You could stick to black liner or go with purple. Almay and Rimmel have some good purple liners. Mascara is good too.

Blush:

I like the blush you had on in the 2nd pic, pink blush is good for you, pretty much any brand will work.

Lips:

Pretty much anything, Covergirl Wetslicks is a good lip gloss and Maybelline's Super Stay gloss is a good long lasting gloss. Something pink would look good on you.

Makeup removers: I like Maybelline's Expert Eyes makeup remover towellettes, but they dry out my skin so i use Almay's moisturizing makeup remover pads, even if they are oily.

i have ur same eyes and hair color, wear dark mascara, black eyeliner and goldish eyeshadow; it'll look amazing; and im ur exact age tooo haha

go to ulta.com and try their brand blushes and concealers and bronzers, they're pretty cheap and they work welll

I think TrueMatch is a great foundation (helps you get that perfect shade). Or neutrogena

Your eyes- by the shape of them, it looks like you can use a eye-liner on the upper edge corner. Even use a smudger for that smokey look.

I also use a lip gloss. It's clear-pinkish..Just enough to bring out your lips natural color, & enhance them ...for that kissable-lips look. stay away from sticky lip glass though. The roll-ons are better

black eyeliner underneath an use ALOT of mascarra and use a light brown on the lid and in the crease put in a gold an on the brow bone just put a light light brown almost white to highlight it.. youd look mad good i bet

Okay first of all, you'll need foundation. I use Cover Girl Clean Makeup because it doesn't come out cakey on my face.

This is your decision if you want powder or not. It's a little extra, but I use it anyway. I like all Estee Lauder powder.

Then you'll need concealer. Most people use concealer to hide dark circles under the eye. I'm not sure what brand I have, sorry =[

You'll also need eyeshadow. I think browns, pinks, and greens would look awesome on you. I suggest Cover Girl and Neutrogena shadows.

You need eyeliner too! I use Cover Girl black eyeliner and I love it! I also use Estee Lauder blue eyeliner and thats awesome too!

Don't forget mascara! If you want a natural look, go for clear mascara. I know that Maybelline has lots of those. I have lots of favorite mascaras

Now you gotta decide between bronzer and blush. I think blush suits you better though. Whatever you decide though. The best blushes are from Neutrogena, Maybelline, and Cover Girl! The best bronzer I have ever used is from Estee Lauder.

Last but not least....LIPGLOSS!

Depends on what your going on...shiney, sparkley, fruity,natural, etc.

Cover Girl has the best lip gloss and no other brands can compare to that! =)

okay so you have great skin so you for sure do not need foundation. you have very pretty eyes and i suggest black eyeliner on your lower lid. i recommend nyc eye liner .94 at drugstores. you for sure need mascara i will recommend a bunch and you pick whiich one..

cover girl ,volume exact ,loreal voluminous  ,maybelline collosol

and try a blush  thats very soft and like a light pink
