Anyway, I hear it all the time in song lyrics and people just always randomly say it!

Is it off a movie or something!!??

It is from the original Star Trek but it is actually never said in the show or movies. There is a guy named Scottie and he does beam people back to the Enterprise but no one actually ever says "Beam me up Scottie".
