It used to be an Irish themed bar/pub/restaurant. It was more upscale than a standard bar restaurant, but not by much. It was on par with TGIFridays or Applebees, just Irish themed. The franchise has closed down though, as of this week.

It is a restaurant chain that filed for chapter 7 on Friday, the company is bankrupt, but the franchise locations are still open, it is a 30 year old chain that never bothered to update it's menu's, reduce fat, upgrade the locations, improve service, so they folded, from and with the tightening economy.
