  1. Well i passed my theory test a few months ago and when revising in my theory book it said, it is not illegal but they must have a booster seat and seatbelt.

  2. it depends on the age of the child, younger children like to play with door handles and windows which can be dangerous as the doors can open in the front of a car where as back doors have child locks on them, my son once took the car out of gear while i was driving so not good, they must be in a suitable booster seat or car safety seat if they are under 4'10 or under 11 years old. it can be nice to have them close by but in my experience if they are under 5 years old it is more dangerous as they like to touch everything!

  3. its illegal isnt it?

  4. It always has been ILLEGAL for anyone under the age of 13 to sit in the front passengers seats of any vehicle.

  5. Best advice - don't do it.  They will surely be safer in the back and def don't do it if you've got a passenger airbag.

  6. As long as they are the correct height and weight, keep them buckled up, keep the seat as far back as possible and give them something small to keep them busy and talk to them.

  7. when you go through the windshield tuck and roll

  8. All children should be in the back seat buckled up

before seat belts I had my son in the front seat in his "baby" seat I had to brake hard, and just instinctively put my arm out when I saw him going forward he never got to sit there again
