  1. A poor diet will make your body produce a nasty odor.

Eat more foods rich in both vitamin B12 and Zinc.

ie ~ vitamin B12 ~ yeast, liver, eggs, kidneys, fish and cheese and skimmed milks.

zinc ~ seafood, vegetables, whole grains and cereals, wheat germ, wheat bran, organic pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.......  organic to avoid the nasty sulfites and other chemicals they use to "preserve" the commercial varieties which will upset sensitive bodies.

Also eat more foods rich in vitamin B3 ie ~ fish, lean meats, whole wheat products, brewer's yeast, liver, eggs, roasted peanuts, the white meat of poultry, avocadoes, dates, figs and prunes .

Foods rich in vitamin B3 will also help to eliminate canker sores and often times bad breath too...... it will give you healthier looking skin, increase circulation and reduce high blood pressure and will help enormously in resolving nasty headaches & migraines... . It is necessary for a healthy nervous system and brain functions.

Also, take a good quality digestive tablet before your meals to ensure efficient digestion as it sounds like  you may have a low acid content in your tummy, which would hinder the digestive process.

Foods rich in magnesium will help to resolve any digestive and body odor issues you have also..... magnesium is essential for healthy nerve and muscle functioning and for heart health ..... it will also encourage the production of hydrochloric acid in your tummy and thus aid in the digestive process .

foods rich in magnesium are ~ leafy and green vegies, nuts and seeds (organic to avoid sulfites and other preservatives that could upset a sensitive system), wholegrain breads & cereals ~ if you can tolerate wheat and er fishes such as sardines, tuna, salmon and whiting and bananas.

magnesium rich foods will also resolve an acid tummy and help in eliminating constipation............. magnesium is known as the antistress mineral and will help you also to deal with all the daily stressy situations of life.

Oh,if you are vegetarian or lactose intolerant then it is really important that you take a multi B complex supplement on a daily basis ~ get one including all the B's as they work best as a group ie ~ B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, folate etc..... don't buy any of the B complex of vitamins individually but rather as a whole group unless told to do so by a nutritionally oriented physician or naturopath ........... The B complex of vitamins is essential for a healthy nervous, digestive and immune system.

    hope this helps u

    peace 2 u

  2. Although we would like to believe that its just the foods we eat (like garlic or onions) causing all the bad breath problems, this is very rarely the case. In truth, anaerobic bacteria in our mouth form Volatile Sulfur Compounds which are the true sources of the odor associated with halitosis. Be aware of your diet, oral hygiene and health problems. If you suffer from chronic halitosis, it is best to seek a dentist to understand the cause and find the best option of treatment.

  3. I can't remember if that is bad breath or stinky feet. If it is bad breath. Take a spoon & clean your tongue. Dental floss teeth if you can see a dentist do that cause sometimes it is caused by a bad tooth. Brush for more that 10 minutes at a time rinsing really good. If you eat foods like garlic, onions you might even smell it the next day in the pores of your skin.

  4. Halitosis can be caused by either an infection in the gums or by digestive system problems.

If the problem is in the mouth itself, try a drop of clove oil on your toothbrush to disinfect the area and kill bacteria and help heal infected gums.

If the problem is in the digestive tract you must solve the problem there and then the mouth odor will resolve itself. Try a good herbal liver cleanse and eat a very light diet [white rice and herbal teas and water only for 2 days] and see if this helps to solve the problem.
