What is best backup software?

I want to backup My Documents for each user onto an external hard drive and I want software that I can bespoke to do it automatically at a certain time or times each day.

You can use Mozy to backup your personal data off-site with encryption.

Is an install and forget system, the backup run on the background according your chosen configuration.

If you can spend money, you can try mozy. I have used it when it was in free beta and so I got it free. I am not sure if they will give for free now, but if you want to try then give me your email.

I prefer Acronis True Image but it is up to the individual which data backup  software program they like or works well .Nero backitup is also good and very easy to use included with Nero 8.
