What is best /cheapest dublin hotel for afternoon tea?

There is a large restaurant in one of the streets opposite the G.P.O. in O'Connell Street - a bit of a take it or leave it, but the food is excellent and the prices reasonable.  Nothing fancy as I say - great breakfast......

Last week-end, after hours of shopping I stopped for tea in the Westin hotel (35 41 Westmoreland Street College Green Dublin 2). On the first floor (on your right when you come in) you've got the Attic, which is a very relaxing and agreable courtyard. They've got great choice of infusions and teas, which I love but you can also have cakes and biscuits (to be look at when you step in the room).
