What is best city for me to live in?

I have a wife, 2 boys and a girl

I am a doctor

I want to live in an area where it is nice to raise a family and outside a major city or in the city.

I want my kids to be in a good school district

The weather cannot be too extreme

It should be an area with a good amount of jewish people

The price of housing can be a little bit expensive but not too high.

There has to be a lot of things to do and good resturants and shopping

What city fits these qualities
