  1. www.onlinesports.com/pages/I,CBV-VV-037....

these r free, this 1 shows you actuall people playing that position.

If you also want text explaining it to go along with that then go to

    volleyball.about.com/od/about

    thegame/f/formationtypes.htm

this one also has a viedo but its not as good.

    hope this helps

  2. There are several books that will cover different offenses for volleyball.  My 3 favorite books for overal volleyball coaching are The Volleyball Handbook by Robert J. Miller, Coaching Volleyball Successfully by Sally Kus and The Volleyball Coaching Bible by Donald S. Shondell and Cecile Renaud.

But specifically for explaining overall offense, I really like Volleyball Fundamentals by Joel Dearing.  He breaks down the 4-2, 6-2 and 5-1 offenses.  He also covers transistion coverage and block coverage.  And finally there is a great chapter on overall transition in general (both from offense to defense and defense to offense).

As for videos/dvds, I am not as familiar, but how can you go wrong with anything by John Dunning (Stanford), Mick Haley (USC) or Mary Wise (Florida).  Good luck!!!

  3. try that movie called "give it all you've got" with ciara and that little chick from the cheetah girls.

  4. you are so weird.......
