What is best...even WYSIWYG...PHP, server side software?

I need a gallery, photo album...webpage(s) that is/are updatable via web browser through the server. Any ideas? Nothing too complicated. This is for the owner of the shop where I work.

Please advise.

    I would recommend looking into Mambo (http://www.mamboserver.com/), or WordPress (http://wordpress.org/) depending on what you want to do with it.  I believe Mambo has a "gallery" plug-in that you can install.
