Well, all women love jewelry. A lovely sapphire earrings would be nice. What would be a yearly gesture would be to buy a piece of jewelry every year. This year the earnings, next year a chain with a sapphire charm, the following year a hand chain and so on. Every year remind her for her love for blue and the love you have for her too.
