I presume you are asking about a trading platform not a black box trading system that gives you trading signals the other replier was referring to.

Some of the best and most widely used trading platforms are X-Trader, Ninja Trader (in particular with Zen Fire feed) and CQG. However, it really depends on what features you want/need.

Look, if any of these software really works, the engineers have already become billionaires.  Why do they need to sell you their software?  How come we never hear any billionaires come from that line of work?
