I prefer Matrox capture cards.  The RTX2 is the one I'm lusting after at the moment - I currently have an RT2500.  They come bundled with Adobe Premiere software for editing, making it a really good value.

That said, if you're referring to an XBOX 360, you probably don't need a capture card.  A software solution is probably available.  You could always record to an HD DVD recorder...Good luck.
