What is best to use to clean the grease off the top of the fridge and top of the stove exhauste?

This is dust and grease build up that accumilates over time and is very hard to clean off. It smears and you have to clean it over and over again. Theres gotta be something better and faster out there.

The Mr. Clean Magic Eraser is the bomb.  The generic equivalent works as well.  After that, solutions like Simple Green or Lestoil work well, but if the stuff is really caked on, you just can't beat the Magic Eraser.  They're expensive and break down fairly quickly, so don't rubb too hard.  That should be a one-time fix.  After that, I would recommend wiping the appliances down at least once a month.  I clean mine whenever I first notice grease spots, and they come right up.

I use 'Simple Green'.  It's a degreaser that you will find in the automotive section of the store.  It works really good.  It takes 1 application to clean my range hood.  It can also be used in your laundry if you have greasy clothes in it.
