What is best way to put my art designs onto blank skateboard decks besides by hand?

When I say "By hand", I mean hand painted or drawn onto the deck. Im looking for a way to do away with the middleman. Silk screening is good but you need a machine that will srceen print on curved surfaces.

Have a blank manufacturer silk screen them on there for you.
