  1. Dustin T - I think the question refers to the Canadian Football League as opposed to College Football.

Randy J - I don't think it is worth arguing with your friend about this.  This debate has raged for years and will as long as both leagues exist - both sides entrenched that their game is better.

Generally the better players play in the NFL where there is more money to be made and more publicity available.  However, the CFL can offer more excitement with having only 3 downs and the larger field.  The play is more wide open.  The players are more down to earth because they don't make much more money (if any) than the fans do.

Personally, I enjoy both leagues for what they are.  But I would enjoy the CFL better if they had Ottawa back in the league so I could easily go to the games.

  2. Well, here are the pros and cons:

NFL pros: Better talent, less games which makes you cherish it more, more passing than running, playing for their paychecks, they have the super bowl and better coaching.

CFL pros: More passionate, trying to prove themselves for their future, a lot more hidden talent, and bigger hits (i think).

NFL cons: Too many players who think it's all about them (ex. Chad Johnson), more slackers than CFL, and too many content backups just because they get paid either way.

CFL cons: The freakin BCS, teams always changing due to graduates, hundreds of teams which makes for confusion, too many players to remember, and too many running QB's that can't pass.

Overall, they are both phenomenal. It's really hard to tell which is better, however, I think that the National Football Association takes it. They have the talent, the spark, and the super bowl. I love college football, but there are so many teams that it gets hard to keep track of. Plus, the BCS just plain sucks. If there was a chance for underdogs to make it all they way, it would be a whole lot better. I think the NFL also gets more hype and attention which in turn gives it more popularity and makes it easier to follow. Good question, hope this helps!

  3. well then u came to the right place my dear. first of all the Nfl is better and let me tell you why. it's because it is the real thing my god this is why you prepared all your life to get. this is where you  get a chance to proove to the world that you are the best at what you do and at the same time fame follows you money money money. specially the money part you get to live a better a life for you and your family. but The NCAA is a whole different thing. C the Nfl is more about Business the NCAA is more about the game more about the rilvary the history. and the crowds are amazing my god tell me where in the nfl do u see a 113,000 screaming fan chanting none stop for their teams. c in the nfl the people are much older which make it less fun in a way. but the NCAA is funner not better because we both know people don't play the sport because it's just fun. money has to be involve somehow. Ncaa is where the dream is made of. then the Nfl wake you up from dreaming. you know what if that don't believe me when the USC AND OHIO play this weeek watch the game and then compare to the Patriot Colts games from last year....

  4. NFL

  5. It's not uncommon for an NFL player to sign with a Canadian team and do well. Conversely, former CFL players rarely do well in the NFL. Warren Moon set tons of passing records while in Canada but he's best-known in the NFL as being the leader of the Houston team that blew a 173-point halftime lead in a playoff loss to Buffalo in 1993.

Furthermore, Canada readily accepts NFL rejects such as Ricky Williams, making it not only an inferior league but a league for inferior players.

  6. NFL - the talent level is incomparably better.  The CFL is where players that can't cut it in the NFL go or where players that are washed up go.  Most top flight NCAA programs could probably do really well in the CFL.

  7. NFL ALL THE WAY

    NUFF SED BRO

  8. NFL is definitely harder to break into, but the CFL is competitive (I guess).  There is most likely way more talent in the NFL though.

  9. NFL , seems like the better league , talent wise

  10. NFL for sure
