What is better, lizard or snake, and why?

ok well i have both, i have a ball python and 2 leopard geckos and a panther gecko....they are both really easy.

the easiest would have to be the snake, just because you only have to feed it ever 1.5-2 weeks unlike the lizards which you have to feed every few days. but truthfully they are both super easy!

It depends on what you like in a reptile. I personally like lizards better because it seems to me that they are more interactive unlike snakes. Most of my snakes just go wherever and my lizards will come over to me for food or to get picked up to go outside and walk around for a while or go to there cage

I'd prefer a lizard because most snakes are venomous. You hardly hear of a lizard specie that kills.

Better? Better how? As far as a being a pet goes, only the person deciding what they want can make this decision, and it shouldn't be made until a lot of research is done. If someone here says "Lizards, definitely, my Iguana rocks!!" and you go out and buy an iguana you need to know about UVB lighting, calcium and vitamin D supplements, dietary needs, adult size, lifespan, etc... if you don't do this beforehand and you realize you need to spend $100 or more just on the setup for a lizard that can grow to be over 6 feet long, does that REALLY make it "better" than a corn snake?
